FAQ
All of my yarn is small batch, hand dyed in a pet-friendly home. As each batch is one of a kind, please make sure you purchase enough to finish your project, and I recommend switching skeins every row as there is inevitable variation from skein to skein (including minor 'imperfections').
I wash all skeins thoroughly, but with any yarn (commercial or hand-dyed) there is potential for unexpected colour bleed when washed, or crock (dye reacts with the wearers skin during use and causes staining). If you encounter bleeding submerge the piece in a cold water/vinegar solution until the bleeding subsides.
Return policy
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused. Return postage is paid by the customer, and you have 14 days to initiate a return after receiving your item (email tullysyarn@gmail.com).
Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it and contact me at tullysyarn@gmail.com if you receive the wrong item or the item is defective so I can get something new to you asap!
Unfortunately baby items cannot be returned
Once the return is approved you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Note: banks and credit card companies will also take some time to process and post the refund.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Same rules as above, but because items are often one of a kind I recommend purchasing the replacement and waiting for the refund to process.
Fraud Prevention
All orders that have a different shipping and billing address will have a 10 day hold on them prior to shipping. This includes gift orders, if you have a second home, etc.
